NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING
Campus German sells digital products only. All products are delivered electronically via email as PDF downloads. There is no physical shipping involved.
DIGITAL DELIVERY
How You Receive Your Products:
After completing your purchase and payment confirmation, you will receive an email containing:
- Order confirmation
- Download link(s) to access your purchased PDF files
- Instructions for downloading and saving your products
Delivery Time:
Digital products are delivered instantly after successful payment processing. Typically, you will receive your download link within 5-15 minutes of purchase.
If payment verification takes longer (in rare cases), delivery may be delayed up to 1 hour.
DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS
- Check your email inbox for the order confirmation (including spam/junk folders)
- Click the download link provided in the email
- Save the PDF files to your device immediately
- Download links are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase
NO SHIPPING FEES
Because all products are digital, no shipping charges apply to any orders. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If you do not receive your download link within 1 hour of purchase, please:
- Check your spam/junk email folder
- Verify you entered the correct email address during checkout
- Contact us at ctnagentur@gmail.com with your order number
We will resend your download link or provide assistance.
