DIGITAL PRODUCTS - NO PHYSICAL RETURNS

Campus German sells digital products (PDF downloads) that are delivered instantly via email after purchase. Because our products are digital and non-physical, traditional return shipping does not apply.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW)

14-Day Withdrawal Period

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or Germany, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and § 312g BGB (German Civil Code).

However, this right of withdrawal expires immediately once you download the digital product, as stated in:

  • Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive
  • § 356 (5) BGB (German Civil Code)

WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS EXPIRATION

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Performance of the contract (delivery of digital content) begins immediately upon your purchase
  2. You will receive a download link via email after successful payment
  3. Your right of withdrawal expires once you click the download link and access the digital product
  4. You expressly consent to the immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of your withdrawal right upon download

Once you have downloaded the digital product, the purchase is final and cannot be returned or refunded, except as described below.


ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

We may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

1. Technical Issues

If the digital product is defective, corrupted, or cannot be downloaded due to technical issues on our end, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

To request a refund for technical issues:

  • Contact us at ctnagentur@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase
  • Provide your order number
  • Describe the technical issue in detail
  • Provide screenshots or evidence of the problem (if possible)

We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, provide either:

  • A replacement download link, OR
  • A full refund to your original payment method

2. Product Materially Different from Description

If the digital product you received is substantially different from what was described on our website (e.g., wrong product, missing content, incorrect language).

To request a refund:

  • Contact us at ctnagentur@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase
  • Provide your order number
  • Explain how the product differs from the description

We will review your claim and, if valid, provide either:

  • The correct product, OR
  • A full refund

3. Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us immediately at ctnagentur@gmail.com with both order numbers. We will refund the duplicate purchase if it has not been downloaded.


NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Digital products that have been successfully downloaded (withdrawal right expired)
  • Products purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective)
  • Gift cards or promotional credits
  • Custom or personalized products (if applicable in the future)
  • Products purchased more than 14 days ago (unless required by law)
  • Refund requests based on:
    • Change of mind after downloading
    • Not meeting personal expectations or learning goals
    • Difficulty of content (all products are clearly described)
    • Incompatibility with your device (PDF readers are widely available and free)

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the conditions stated above, please contact us:

  1. Your full name
  2. Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
  3. Email address used for the purchase
  4. Reason for refund request (technical issue, wrong product, etc.)
  5. Evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc., if applicable)

Response Time: We will respond to your refund request within 2-3 business days.


REFUND PROCESS

If Your Refund is Approved:

  1. We will send you a confirmation email
  2. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  3. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
  4. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Payment Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the card used for purchase
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
  • Shopify Payments: Refunded to your original payment method

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at ctnagentur@gmail.com.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

For Digital Products:

If your downloaded PDF file is corrupted, unreadable, or defective, please contact us immediately at ctnagentur@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshots (if applicable)

We will provide a replacement download link or issue a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.


EXCHANGES

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with a product (and it qualifies for a refund under our policy), you may:

  1. Request a refund (if eligible)
  2. Make a new purchase for a different product

NO PHYSICAL RETURNS OR SHIPPING

As our products are 100% digital, there is no physical return shipping required. All refund requests are handled via email.

You do NOT need to:

  • Ship anything back to us
  • Provide a return shipping label
  • Return packaging or receipts

EXCEPTIONS FOR CONSUMERS OUTSIDE THE EU

For customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other non-EU countries:

Consumer protection laws vary by country. While we strive to provide fair refund policies globally, the 14-day EU withdrawal period does NOT apply to customers outside the EU.

However, we will still consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Technical defects
  • Product materially different from description
  • Duplicate purchases

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and applicable EU consumer protection regulations.

For EU customers, your statutory rights under local consumer protection laws are not affected by this policy.
